“Just a few suggestions. Much needed maintenance , would definitely be more attractive to rent if outside was pressure washed. Inside was ok except some dead bugs behind curtains. Just needs a good cleaning. Upstairs washer has a terrible smell in it. And living room very hot maybe a mini split in that room would be nice.We loved pool and home is very close to ocean Beach is very beautiful and private.”

“I have always wanted to go to the Outer Banks and see the wild horses. We take a couples getaway each year, and prefer to stay somewhere quiet and secluded.
